when takeshi was about to propose to the mc, he received a phone call. the next week was their 10th year anniversary and they went to a fancy restaurant.
when the mc was back home, takeshi told her that he wants to talk to her and both of them apologized to each other and they made up. fuko told him that she wants to continue training and they made up. On the day of the marathon, fuko enjoyed herself and takeshi told her that she would make an excellent olympic runner. takeshi told the mc not to meddle in this and this caused them to have a cold war
the mc thought that this news would surprise takeshi, but turns out that fuko told takeshi about this and he wasn’t happy. takeshi and fuko had a cold war and the mc decided to step in so she asked fuko if she wants to participate in a marathon and fuko agrees to do so. out on their date, they saw fuko and takeshi got mad at her for skipping out on training and fuko told him that she’s not happy and she doesn’t want to train anymore.

The next day when the mc went to black ship, the gang told her that there’s news about takeshi and fuko. while takeshi went out to answer a phone call, fuko told the mc that she’s not really happy about running but before the mc could ask her why, takeshi came back fuko is now part of the track and field team and takeshi is her trainer. one day after work, takeshi asked the mc to meet him at a restaurant because he wants her to meet someone, and that person is fuko (childhood friend from the bicycle shop). Takeshi and the mc have been really busy with work and any time they spent together, takeshi would use it to really good use.
